Attest

Attest is a decentralized verification platform designed for enterprises, verification agencies, and individuals needing secure document and credential authentication, especially in high-verification sectors like finance, education, and government. The protocol is open source under the MIT licence at daccred/attestprotocol, with live contracts on Stellar and Solana, SDKs on npm, and a CLI. It won the Public Goods Award at the Solana Radar hackathon, and is a Stellar Community Fund award recipient for advancing attestation infrastructure on the Stellar network.
